We will not pass on, rent or sell any personal information to any third parties for any reason whatsoever except if we receive a request for information from the police or any government authority in the process of investigating suspected illegal activities.
During your visit to our site we may collect the URL you came from, your IP address, your browser type, the country where your server is located and the pages of our site that were viewed during your visit. This information is used solely to help us improve our website.
Returns
Your Protecks Ear Defenders have a one year warranty from date of purchase.
If you find your Ear Defenders are faulty on delivery then you have the statutory right to return them within a reasonable period of time and receive a refund or if you prefer, a replacement set. Please ensure that you keep your original receipt as proof of purchase date.
Or, if for any other reason, you are not completely happy with your Protecks Ear Defenders, simply return them within 28 days of purchase, in their original packaging and in their original condition, free from any defect induced through misuse, together with your receipt.
We will notify you via email when we have processed your refund. This usually takes around 7 working days.
Please note that we cannot refund the original cost of delivery, and that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty on delivery.
We cannot issue refunds for goods that fail to reach us or that prove faulty due to incorrect usage or general abuse.
If your Protecks Ear Defenders are delivered in a faulty condition, develop a fault within the warranty period or you decide you are not happy with them within the 28 day returns period then please contact us as soon as possible in writing or by email to sales@mrpplc.co.uk.
